Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the Universityof St. Thomas and started his career in commercial appraisal in 2003. It was there the Mr. Moore learned valuation for all different commercial property type. After 8 years of general practice, Brad chose to focus 100% of his work in the multifamily and senior housing sectors.
In 2018, Brad branched out his valuation services and started Fair Market Value Advisors. Mr. Moore no longer is appraising and has focused his energy on the real estate tax consulting business.
Naturally, Brad has focused on multifamily and senior housing tax appeals. As Fair Market Value Advisors continues to grow we have various partnerships that can handle any commercial property type.
